Delivery, returns & exchanges

Most of our products are in stock in most sizes for immediate delivery.  However some need to be specifically ordered in, this allows us to offer a huge and diverse stock collection. We are a small business who receive a high volume of website orders.

 If you want your item for a specific date please message us.  Our delivery is £3.95 for mainland UK.  Delivery time is 2-3 working days for items in stock and 5-7 working days for non stock items.  I will contact you upon receipt of payment to indicate the date of arrival.  All items are posted by tracked courier for mainland UK.  You can also select next day delivery if you need an item quickly however please contact us in advance to ensure we have this in stock on 01698284084 or mail@dejaboutique.com.   We use UPS or TNT fully tracked express delivery outwith mainland UK.  There is a slightly larger cost involved with sending abroad, you will be notified at the checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Deja Boutique accepts all types of credit and debit card via Worldpay or Paypal, these are them most secure methods of paying on-line, and you don't need to register for Paypal or have an existing account.  Both methods are completely secure and no credit or debit card details are held.  

Returns Policy -  Simply return the unworn & unmarked item to our returns address on the invoice included with your parcel within 14 days for a refund. Returns received after 14 days will be in the form of a store credit code to use to exchange or use toward another order.  

Unfortunately we cannot accept returned swimwear for hygiene reasons.  The postage costs are non refundable.  Please read our returns conditions prior to ordering at the bottom of the page.

Return postage is the buyers responsibility, please use a tracked signed for service to return items.

Our postage is fixed at £3.95 for a maximum of 3 items, however if all items are returned then the actual postage cost will be deducted from the refund as the postage is subsidised at this rate.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

If you buy an in stock item in store you can return within 14 days for a full refund.  Any returns after 14 days are refunded in the form of a store credit.  This does not apply to special order items.

Special order and bespoke items (ie prom and full length gowns & party wear) with our bespoke prom service we offer the opportunity to order dresses from our suppliers.  To do this we require a 50% non refundable deposit. 

There are no refunds or exchanges on forward dress orders.  Cancellation term is strictly 24 hours upon making the order.
