There is a returns address in on the invoice included with your parcel.  Returns are accepted if they are

  • unworn and unmarked,
  • Odour free
  • Undamaged
  • Received within 7 days of receipt.

We will happily exchange your item for another size or style to the same value,  We will also refund a returned item if it is returned within 14 days. Items received after 14 days will be refunded in the form of a store credit which you an use online or in the store.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Please make sure you return the unwanted items in the original condition in which you received them. This includes all original tags and packaging. All items will be inspected upon their return. You also need to include the invoice that you received with your order. On this invoice please state which dress you are returning, tthe reason for returning and the replacement items you would like.  For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. It is also advisable to keep a receipt of postage for your records. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

When ordering for size for the 1st time, please limit your order to a maximum of 3 until you have establised your size.

Faulty or wrong item
Although all items are checked thoroughly before dispatch, if the item you received is faulty or incorrect, do not hesitate to return it to us. On the invoice please state which dress you are returning and whether it is incorrect or faulty. Please also state if you would like a refund. If it is not stated that you would like a refund you will be automatically sent the correct item or a replacement for the faulty ones.  We will refund your entire postage for faulty items.  However if returning as unsuitable the postage is non refundable.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancelling Your Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Deja Boutique within 1 day of ordering for a full refund. If the goods have already been dispatched to you and you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the company address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt and our standard policies will apply. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. If your order has not been dispatched and you have just placed it, you can ring our offices on the numbers above and we can cancel the order and issue your refund.
